Kevin Cross is a real estate broker and appraiser. He has been in the business for 22 years. He is President of the firm Cross & Mosko Real Estate & Development Company which specializes in high end luxury properties including private islands and development projects. Kevin’s experience covers the full spectrum of real estate business but with emphasis for both sales and valuations of private islands and other high value properties. He has served as both director and honorary secretary of the Bahamas Real Estate Association and was chairman of its monitoring committee. He was born and raised in the Bahamas and educated at St. Andrew’s School in the Bahamas, Rugby School in England and concluded at University in business management.
